If you plan some type of home improvement project on the outside of your home or in your yard, you must complete and submit an Application for Property Development to the Architectural Control Committee.

  • If your renovation will change the lot coverage, please see this Calculations Worksheet to aide in completing calculations for your project and ensure you are within the guidelines.
