Here are a few details about our Annual Meeting

Our ANNUAL MEETING will be held on Thursday, October 24th, 2024, at 7:00 pm at the Auditorium Inside the Bloomfield Township Hall (near Clerk’s Office), 4200 Telegraph Road (enter off Exeter).

During the Meeting the 2023 Annual Meeting Minutes will be approved and there will be a vote on a By Laws Change and on 3 Board of Directors seats!

Please view the Board of Directors page here to see your current board. The 3 Terms ending are for Risha Ring, Mike Smith, and Lauren Syrowik.

You can vote by proxy by printing out this BALLOT and please drop your printed ballot in the black mailbox at Jeff Salz’s house at 3114 E Bradford by 5PM on Thursday, October 24th. Please include your name and address and vote for no more than 3 candidates! 

The new board will be voting on officers at our November monthly meeting on Tuesday, 11/19/2024. All residents with dues current are eligible to be put their interest forward for officers positions. You do NOT need to be a board member to be an officer. The 7 board members will vote/ confirm officers at this meeting.
