Here are a few details about our Annual Meeting

Our ANNUAL MEETING was held on Thursday, October 19th, 2023, at 7:00 pm at the Auditorium Inside the Bloomfield Township Hall (near Clerk’s Office), 4200 Telegraph Road (enter off Exeter).

During the Meeting the 2022 Annual Meeting Minutes were approved

Board of Directors Vote was also held! Please view the Board of Directors page here to see your new board! This new board will be voting on officers at our November monthly meeting on Tuesday, 11/21/23. Currently our President, Vice President and Secretary will be seeking to keep their positions. The position of Treasurer will be open. Our current Treasurer will be staying on through the year end close of the books, but we would like to select a new Treasurer to start shadowing and preparing for the transition.
