Westchester Village!

Westchester Village is a quiet neighborhood, situated on the southeast corner of Maple and Lahser roads in Bloomfield Township, Michigan.

The Homeowner's Association is a non-profit created to coordinate neighborhood communications, help preserve property values, and to maintain common properties of the association. The 7 board members are elected by the homeowners and serve three-year terms. Board members vote on the 4 officer positions annually. 

2026 Dues were due May 1, 2026. If you have not paid your dues yet, you can still pay online, but a late fee will apply. Please click HERE to be taken to the late dues form.
