Westchester Village!

Westchester Village is a quiet neighborhood, situated on the southeast corner of Maple and Lahser roads in Bloomfield Township, Michigan.

The Homeowner's Association is a non-profit created to coordinate neighborhood communications, help preserve property values, and to maintain common properties of the association. The 7 board members are elected by the homeowners and serve three-year terms. Board members vote on the 4 officer positions annually. 

Our ANNUAL MEETING was held on Tuesday, January 18th, 2026, at 7:00 pm at the Auditorium Inside the Bloomfield Township Hall (near Clerk’s Office), 4200 Telegraph Road (enter off Exeter).
