Here are a few details about our Annual Meeting

Our ANNUAL MEETING will be held on Tuesday, January 20th, 2026, at 7:00 pm at the Auditorium Inside the Bloomfield Township Hall (near Clerk’s Office), 4200 Telegraph Road (enter off Exeter).

During the Meeting the 2025 Annual Meeting Minutes will be approved and there will be a vote on 2 Board of Directors seats!

Please view the Board of Directors page here to see your current board. The 2 Terms ending are for Jeff Salz and Robyn Adams and they are NOT seeking re-election!

If you would like to join our Board, please submit your interest via email to President.WestchesterVillageHOA@gmail.com and Master.WestchesterVillageHOA@gmail.com by Thursday, January 15th, 2026 to be included on the ballot!

The new board will be voting on officers at our February monthly meeting on Tuesday, 02/17/2026.

All residents current on dues are eligible to put their interest forward for officer positions. You do NOT need to be a board member to be an officer. The 7 board members will vote/ confirm officers at this meeting.

Architectural Control Committee Co-Chair
