Committee met on Tuesday to discuss the plan for the entrances

Maple Road entrances - Risha is getting estimates for the removal of the overgrown shrubbery on Maple and both the West Bradford and Westbourne entrances. There will be new shrubs planted as well as colorful flowers.

Dave will be planting colorful, durable, low maintenance flowers throughout the five entrances.

Berkshire – we are going to try to revitalize the yews and trim them down to sticks.  It will look ugly for a year but should come back healthier looking and stronger.  Savannah grass, Cone flowers and other plants will be added to Berkshire.

Islands - Two trees will be planted – one on the Westbourne Court Island and the other on Bradford Court.  Bennington and Middlebury are fine for now.  At some point we may consider Little Libraries in all four spots.

  1. Public Safety – TBD
  2. Public Information - Becky Drazin / Sarah Walby
  3. Social Media - Lauren Syrowik
  4. Neighborhood Activities - Robin Adams / Natalie Warnack
