HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION BOARD MEETING

Meeting will be held at Detroit Country Day Lower School, 3003 W Maple Rd, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48301. We meet in the cafeteria at the rear of the school, so please enter the doors on the backside of the building (opposite Maple Rd). All homeowners are welcome to attend.

Report for 5.20.25 –

  • Three estimates were received for the removal, grinding and cleaning up of all debris from the old Arbor Vitae on Maple at West Bradford and Westbourne. Work completed.
  • Holly and her team then planted 18 new Arbor Vitae as marked by Dave Price at the two entrances on Maple and at the two entrances on Cranbook.
  • Dave Price has been planting various colorful flowers in several of the entrances.
  • Holly will be putting mulch down and planting a tree on both the Cul de sac at Westbourne Court and Bradford Court very soon.
  • Thanks to Jeff for his help in purchasing and delivering the 18 bushes to Dave Price so Holly could plant them.
  • Thanks again to Dave for his efforts to provide the flowers for planting.
    Berkshire – we are going to try to revitalize the yews and trim them down to sticks. It will look ugly for a year but should come back healthier looking and stronger.  Savannah grass, Cone flowers and other plants will be added to Berkshire.
